About the Position

Due to expanding opportunities in our International Tax practice, RKL is seeking an experienced International Tax Associate to join the team. The International Tax Senior Associate will work closely with the International Tax Practice Leader and the rest of the International Tax group to provide a wide variety of compliance and consulting services for both inbound and outbound clients.

• This position will require a combination of technical and quality expertise as well as delivering excellent client services. These responsibilities include:
• Preparing complex tax returns for multinationals and foreign-owned businesses
• Work on multiple complex issues while communicating in a non-technical manner to clients and internal team members
• Demonstrating a general knowledge of foreign tax credits
• Completing tax planning and research
• Developing an understanding of worldwide tax minimization, transfer pricing, and accounting for income taxes
• Advising clients on a full spectrum of International Tax services including planning, research, and compliance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; graduating students should have 150 credit hours and a GPA of 3.0 or above
• Actively pursuing CPA licensure, if not already obtained
• Understanding of general accounting and tax principles and willingness to learn, drive for self-improvement
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite products and technologically-savvy
• Self-motivated and willingness to enhance accounting and advisory knowledge
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
