Description:
The firm has an opening in the Philadelphia, PA office for a Tax Controversy Associate in our Litigation Department. The ideal candidate will have two to seven years of relevant experience.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctorate (JD) and LLM in Taxation required. Must be licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Strong research, writing skills, and academic record.
Tax controversy experience (audits, appeals) required.
Experience in tax litigation.
