Internal Quality Auditor

Summary of essential job functions

• Ensure satisfactory ISO audit results
• Assist Quality manager with any project/task assigned
• Supply manager with weekly updated spreadsheets (if applicable)
• Assist in the development of “root cause” and 5 Why’s analysis for solutions
• Ensure that all Process Work Instructions (PWIs) are up to date
• internal audits
• Evaluate continuous improvement suggestion and offer resolution options
• Organize and implement training strategy for all PWI’s
• Organize and Implement training strategy for all non-PWI training
• Problem solve to reduce waste, and improve efficiency
• Record and input data for Quality Metrics
• Follow all handbook and safety guidelines

Education, knowledge or skill requirements

• ISO certification process– experience is a must
• Excellent verbal/written and communication skills
• Knowledge of personal computer applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Skills in organization, prioritization, and attention to detail
• Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting
• Six Sigma experience or certification – Preferred

Abilities required

• Willingness to work overtime on short notice

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
