INTERNAL ACCOUNT MANAGER - BES
Our team in Pomona, Johannesburg currently has an opening for a Internal Account Manager
Responsible for all aspects of managing customer accounts including proactive assistance to Credit Controllers for effective AR management.
YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage a portfolio of category ‘C’ customersMaintain existing business
Broaden product range at customers
Source new business/customers
Quote from recommended pricelist/ROP’s
Achieve sales GP target
Increase margin and profits
Excellent product and customer knowledge
Weekly reporting and CRM maintenance
Stay up to date with product training
Customer profiling
Advise Product team on forecasting of clients’ future needs
Process tender requests with support from Product Managers
Maintain sales conditions and upload pricing in area of responsibility
Comply with company implemented policies, procedures Safety, Health and Environment standards
YOUR PROFILE
Matric or NQF Equivalent.
Degree/Diploma/National certificate in business administration/ Sales & Marketing preferred
2-4 year’s Commercial experience in chemical industry preferred.
Must be computer literate in MS office.
SAP Knowledge advantageous
