Role and Responsibilities
Manage an assigned portfolio of accounts
Makes outbound calls on a scheduled basis to communicate current offers, updates and promotions available to customers
Deliver a consultative and strategic approach to customer engagement in wireless equipment, marketing initiatives and airtime payments
Field, manage and resolve day to day store owner challenges while maintaining strong customer relationships
Serve as an advocate and liaison internally to effectively communicate and coordinate customer needs (commission, inventory management, shipping, orders, etc.)
Ability to sell solutions to our business owners to help increase their overall profitability Collect and analyze account data
Introduce new products and marketing initiatives in an effort to increase sales within the assigned customer base
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bilingual Spanish (Required)
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (Preferred)
2 years of experience in B2B Sales (Required)
2 years of experience in the Wireless Industry (Highly Preferred)
2 years of experience in Account Management and/or Relationship Management (Highly Preferred) Minimum 2 years of experience in a phone-based sales or customer service environment

Customer relationship management (CRM)
NetSuite
Communication skills (listening, verbal, oral and written) Sales in retail or wholesale
Organizational skills
Working Conditions
Able to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time Able to lift and move up to 20 lbs. pounds occasionally
Hours occasionally exceed 40 hours per week

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
