Clinical Buddy is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Program Coordinator Intern to join our team.
As a Program Coordinator Intern, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing virtual events, consulting engagements, and conferences related to mental health and psychoeducation. This is a remote position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to the success of impactful events in the mental health field.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Program Managers in planning and coordinating virtual events, consulting engagements, and conferences, ensuring all logistical aspects are covered, such as scheduling, speaker coordination, registration management, and technical setup.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and speakers to ensure all event requirements are met, including content development, audiovisual needs, and promotional materials.
- Support managing event budgets, track expenses, and negotiating contracts with vendors to ensure cost-effective event execution.
- Coordinate event registration processes, including creating and managing online registration platforms, monitoring participant registrations, and providing support to attendees as needed.
- Develop event timelines, checklists, and project plans to ensure timely execution of all event-related tasks.
- Conduct regular communication with speakers, sponsors, and attendees to provide event details, gather necessary information, and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Coordinate technical aspects of virtual events, including platform setup, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing support to participants during the event.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop and implement event marketing strategies, including email campaigns, social media promotion, and website updates.
- Monitor event performance and collect feedback from participants, speakers, and stakeholders for future event improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to virtual event management.
