- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule patient appointments and maintain calendars

- Verify insurance information and process payments
- Maintain patient records and confidentiality
- Manage medical records using Epic or eClinicalWorks systems
- Coordinate with medical staff for patient care

- Proven experience working in a dental or medical office setting
- Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of dental procedures
- Familiarity with Epic, eClinicalWorks, or similar medical software
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of insurance verification processes and billing procedures

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
