Intern, Marketing and Communications

JOB SUMMARY:
Support Shared Services HR and collaborate with team and other departments to build real-world experience with recruiting, talent management, and the coordination of HR policies and procedures.

• Coordinate and track project deliverables for GSX.
• Draft, edit, and proofread content for brochures, flyers, case studies and social media.
• Provide graphic design and video editing support, as needed
• Coordinate and manage lists and other materials for use in event Marketing and Hubspot.
• Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AT ENTRY
Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of the position.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• HS Diploma/GED
• Communications/Marketing major
• Some experience in an office environment preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail

Working Conditions and Physical/Mental Demands:

• Maintaining composure in dealing with executives, clients, prospects, and staff, in group settings and in situations requiring high performance and results

• Required ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
