Our marketing team is passionate about bringing our oncology products to our customers around the world to help them drive improved patient outcomes. We have an exciting opportunity to join our Global Oncology Marketing team focusing on Antibody Drug Conjugates (ADCs), an important and innovative approach to treating cancer.
We are recruiting for a Global Marketing Directorto lead clinical strategy for an investigational trophoblast cell-surface antigen 2. This role requires outstanding leadership in global pipeline, portfolio and product strategy, as well as brand development and launch preparedness. It focuses on supporting clinical development strategy and planning, as well as driving innovative strategies to optimize access to an investigational trophoblast cell-surface antigen 2. The Global Marketing Director will play a critical role in partnering with clinical, regulatory, market access, Center for Observational Real-world Evidence (CORE), our Manufacturing Division and other cross-functional counterparts, as well as disease and asset teams across the Global Oncology franchise and key regional and local stakeholders.
The position will be based in Rahway, NJ or Upper Gwynedd, PA.
As part of the ADC New Assets team, the individual in this role will take on the following responsibilities:
Establish and foster strong working relationships with relevant global commercial disease and asset team members, as well as cross-functional stakeholders including clinical, regulatory, market access, CORE, manufacturing and others.
Provide commercial support, guidance and coordination for development of an investigational trophoblast cell-surface antigen 2 clinical program, including acting as the commercial representative on the mEDT, supporting Late Stage Development Review Committee (LDRC) planning and leading the study prioritization process for an investigational trophoblast cell-surface antigen 2.
Support development of market access strategy for an investigational trophoblast cell-surface antigen 2, including leadership of EGTM and related workstreams to drive broad and early access to an investigational trophoblast cell-surface antigen 2.
Act as regulatory point and commercial asset point for all Label Evaluation and Development interactions for an investigational trophoblast cell-surface antigen 2.
Support Anti-body Drug Conjugate manufacturing planning and optimization work for an investigational trophoblast cell-surface antigen 2, including acting as the commercial representative for the supply chain sub-team, packaging working group and vial size optimization workstream
Act as commercial point for CORE and the commercial representative on the Value & Implementation working group for an investigational trophoblast cell-surface antigen 2.
Direct manager for 1 team member.

Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 5+ years Pharmaceutical Business experience - marketing, sales, market access & pricing, marketing support or related experiences in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries
Understanding of Oncology healthcare market dynamics around innovation & capabilities, and the science of Oncology
Understanding of healthcare trends and reimbursement and policy issues and their potential impact upon our Company's business opportunities
Experience leading strategy development and implementation
Strong business acumen and ability to drive forward key initiatives
Strong collaboration skills, both within commercial teams and cross divisional teams
Strong leadership, problem solving, teamwork, analytical, written/verbal communication, and presentation skills
Ability to clearly articulate messages/information across the enterprise and to leadership
Ability to work within complex organizations and markets and leading sub-teams and influencing without authority
Preferred:
Advanced Degree (i.e. MBA)
Global Marketing experience
Launch experience
Pipeline/early development experience
Experience providing commercial input on such activities as:
Target product profile development, global regulatory filing strategy, launch readiness reviews, organized customer interactions, market research, demand, revenue, and P&L forecasting, Business Development & Licensing activities, product development team (PDT) and agency partner management
Experience working with finance and business planning to manage brand forecast and S&OP process
People management experience
This position requires approximately 15-20% travel, including some weekends.

Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education.
Expected salary range:
