About the Role
The Marketing Intern will collaborate closely with our Consumer Marketing team, assisting in the creation of a TV campaign, conducting an audit of social media landscapes, and presenting actionable recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of our consumer marketing strategies.
Let's talk about some of the key responsibilities of the role:
- Partner with Consumer team on the development of TV campaign.
- Assist in managing submissions with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory teams along with preparing for FDA guidance.
- Coordination with internal teams to ensure preparedness for TV launch.
- Manage timing with agency partner for production of TV.
- Provide input on creative and other tactical details.
- Help to manage agency partners for media, creative, research, and CRM.
- Participate in all status meetings and prepare notes and follow-ups.
- Prepare and manage bi-weekly hot-sheets.
- Work with the Associate Director to manage CRM journey flows and emails.
- Track metrics dashboards and provide ongoing insights.
- Daily monitoring of the dashboard – ensuring no major variations.
- Work with Media team to identify trends and suggest ways to optimize.
- Engage in social media research and audits to help increase creative effectiveness and engagement.
- Conduct audit of social platforms, and provide recommendations based on findings and how that can be applied to our work.
- Creative audit of other pharma brands and their social/digital work.
- Highlight emerging trends and tools in social media, and identify advantages/disadvantages of all social media platforms.
- Present out all findings with insights and recommendations for our market.
- Attend marketing team meetings.
- Learn functions of ECP, Consumer, PR, Professional Relations Medic, and Market Access.
- Assist in business planning coordination and management.
- Help to manage meetings, capturing insights and next steps.
- Coordinate with agency partners for all business planning deliverables.
- Manage presentation deck and coordinate between internal partners.

- Consumer/Digital Marketing, or related Undergraduate student with a deep interest in consumer-facing pharmaceutical marketing.
- Effective communication skills and willingness to voice thoughts, opinions, considerations, and concerns.
- Organized and able to manage and plan out day/tasks.
- Not afraid to ask questions and get the most of this opportunity.
- An appetite to listen and learn from our customers for a deep appreciation of the key insights that will drive execution excellence.

- Some travel may be required – up to 15% locally.
The expected base pay range for this position is $24hr for an undergraduate student. This pay range reflects the target range for this position, but individual pay will be determined by additional factors such as job-related skills, experience and relevant education or training.
