What does an HR Business Partner (HRBP) Intern do at Swire Coca-Cola?
The internship at Swire Coca-Cola is an incredible opportunity to learn about a world-class operation and work for a global brand. As an HRBP Intern you will be expected to learn the business, work closely with cross-functional business leaders, and immerse yourself in multiple value-added HR processes impacting the enterprise.

This position is for a summer Internship from May 2024 - August 2024
Responsibilities:
Possible project opportunities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Develop a talent and organizational dashboard to enable business leaders to make informed and strategic decisions about talent
- Deploy and educate leaders on talent and succession strategies including supporting calibrations, appraisals, and high-potential employee retention strategies
- Partner with HRIS to enable repeatable reporting for Business Leaders
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition on developing and rolling out a strategic recruiting framework to better support delivery to the business
- Develop framework for formal mentorship and high-potential development program
- Collaborate with individuals at all levels, across the HR team and with business leaders
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Human Resource Management, with a graduation date of Aug 2024 or later
- Highly proficient in Microsoft 365 products/apps
- Previous Internship or on-the-job HR experience preferred
