- Performing commercial off the shelf (COTS) or software as a service (SaaS) system configuration or customization development.
- Providing support and troubleshooting to end users, business leads and the IT operational support team.
- Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, strong attention to detail, strong organization and analytical skills, ability to set and work to deadlines.
- Must be enrolled in and have completed at least two years of study of computer science, computer engineering, MIS or other related discipline at a four-year university.
- Must maintain a 3.0 or higher-grade point average.
- Be able to work 15-20 hours a week.
