Job Description
The Intelligence Analyst position will be primarily responsible for conducting comprehensive all-source collection, analysis, and dissemination of intelligence products in support of client defined requirements. Typical work streams include client support through due diligence reports, requests for information, open-source research, and electronic data analysis. The Intelligence Analyst will also support special projects with intelligence support, as needed. The position is remote and typical work hours are from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. CST.
Job requirements:
- Demonstrated analytical experience required to draw conclusions through the synthesizing of data and information from multiple sources into deliverable comprehensive products
- Ability to produce high quality work under strict time constraints and with limited guidance
- Flexibility to handle competing requirements and meet challenging deadlines and/or changing priorities
- Ability to work on sensitive matters and exercise discretion
- Proficiency or the ability to quickly learn software and applications regarding link analysis, data collection, case management, social media analysis, and mapping software or geographic information systems
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required - preferably in intelligence studies, national security, international affairs, criminology, or a related field
- A master’s degree in a related security field is beneficial, but not required
- Intel property (IP) enforcement experience required
- 1 - 3 years of experience with law enforcement, military, intelligence, public service, or large private sector security organization preferred
- One or more years of experience in one or more of the following fields: all-source intelligence analysis, investigations or investigations support, intellectual property protection, and/or due diligence report writing
- Excellent communications skills: e.g., active listening, interpersonal, presentation and writing
- Experience in creating of graphs, charts, tables and other methods for visual presentation
- Ability to collaborate successfully with teammates and other internal customers
- Ability to focus on continuous process improvement in support of internal customers and key stakeholders
- Enthusiasm to embrace technology to find new and creative solutions
- Experience with Microsoft O365 suite; experience in automation: e.g., Power Automate (Flow), Forms, etc. is also beneficial
- Focused attention on customer service
