The Commercial Client Marketing Integrated Team is seeking a leader for an exciting opportunity as part of Intel’s leadership driving the critical Small Business segment.
In this exciting role, the candidate must be able to develop and lead a data-driven, audience-focused Integrated Marketing Plan.
In this role you will partner closely with sales, field, and stakeholders across Intel to accelerate growth in the commercial business. The ideal candidate is a quick learner and a rapid adopter of leading marketing best practices while being a leader skilled in both managing v-teams and championing effective marketing strategies and operational process to drive positive business outcomes.
A strong candidate will demonstrate the following skills:
- Managing programs, tracking results, analyzing data and measuring impact/ROI.
- Working on highly matrix teams that include sales, business unit, global marketing, and country marketing teams.
- Identifying how to work through others to gain support and efficiently and constructively obtain what is needed.
- Strong interpersonal skills, cross-team collaboration, open and honest feedback, and interaction.
- Proactive forward thinking, bias for action and learning mindset approach
- Able to spot new opportunities and drive results.
- Proven effectiveness driving multi-stakeholder planning processes, working in cross-team programs.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of marketing or product management experience in PC, consumer electronics, or other relevant technology marketing.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado, New York, Washington, California: $99,487.00-$149,235.00
- Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
Working Model
This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
