Role Overview:
As the Senior Integrated Marketing Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our demand generation marketing strategy. We're seeking a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience, capable of devising and executing comprehensive go-to-market plans across paid, owned, and earned channels for a B2B Banking/HealthTech brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans across paid, owned, and earned channels for a B2B Banking/HealthTech brand.
- Build and lead a high-performing digital marketing team.
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously within tight deadlines, demonstrating determination and focus.
- Drive audience segmentation, list matching, and targeted marketing efforts in paid channels.
- Oversee agency relationships and develop in-house capabilities for running digital media and marketing channels.
- Develop and implement a measurement plan, with a specific focus on media measurement incrementality.
- Calculate budgets and project outcomes across marketing channels, presenting plans to the executive team.
- Test marketing ad 'offers' and analyze success rates, including the calculation of Net Present Value of offers.
- Implement and refine Account-Based Marketing strategies.
- Lead email demand generation marketing efforts.
- Utilize CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce) effectively for marketing automation and customer segmentation.
- Validate attribution of marketing efforts across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and continuous refinement of each marketing channel.
- Proficiency in WordPress CMS and relevant plugins (a plus).
- Conduct monthly performance reviews of plan execution, comparing budget vs. forecast, and providing recommendations for adjustments.
- Event marketing and direct mail experience is a plus.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Integrated Marketing.
- Previous experience in Banking or B2B HealthTech marketing (selling to medical practices is a plus).
- Proven track record in building and growing digital marketing teams.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for email template creation and website optimization. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like Marketo or Pardot. Experience in data analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Tableau.
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and projecting outcomes across marketing channels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent presentation and team leadership abilities.
- Self-starter with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Professional executive-level experience in team management.
- CRM experience (HubSpot or salesforce)
Looking for:
- Looking for deep digital marketing expertise with hands on experience (using the major ad serving platforms, Google Ad Words, Meta Ad Networks, LinkedIn Ad Network), but also Heathcare industry specific audience platforms that target B2B audiences (Definitive Health, AdFireHealth, Doximity, Account Based Marketing platforms, etc.)
- "Account Based Marketing" is a new term for B2B digital marketing that leverages deep data and learning knowledge. Someone with ABM experience marketing to healthcare practices would be the right person.
