Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This position requires excellent organizational skills, proficiency in typing and data entry, and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
Duties:
- Perform general office duties, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Assist with data entry and maintaining electronic and physical files
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and completeness
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion
- Assist with dental receptionist duties as required
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in typing and data entry
- Experience using QuickBooks is preferred
- Excellent calendar management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Professional phone etiquette and excellent communication skills
- Previous administrative experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
