We are looking for a savvy Integrated Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing organization. This person will have the opportunity to develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is excited by a fast-paced, growth focused environment and is interested in bringing their unique capabilities to make a real contribution in taking our marketing efforts to the next level.
KEY RESPONSIBILTIES
- Lead planning and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns across retail, digital, email, social, partnerships and other relevant channels
- Lead email demand generation marketing efforts inclusive of scheduling and execution
- Deliver consistent brand experience, voice and visuals across all marketing channels
- Develop and implement measurement plan, with A/B testing, continuous optimization and incrementality
- Validate attribution of marketing efforts across channels
- Develop strategies for lead generation, nurturing and conversion to contribute to revenue objectives, including Account Based Marketing
- Drive audience segmentation and targeted efforts in paid channels
- Project outcomes across marketing channels, providing as input into Integrated Business Planning process
- Validate attribution of marketing efforts across channels
- Conduct monthly reviews of plan performance and provide recommendations for adjustments
- Collaborate with designers and external agencies to develop compelling campaign content
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across marketing, sales, and category management, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive activity, applying this knowledge to campaign strategies
- Recommend new paid advertising tactics to test & learn
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
An individual qualified for this job must be able to:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficiency in content management systems, marketing automation tools and analytics platforms
- Ability to analyze data, draw insights and make data-driven decisions
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends, SEO, email marketing & social media best practices
- Experience with Account Based Marketing and relevant software
- CRM experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND CERTIFICATIONS
An individual qualified for this job must have and maintain the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience (5+ years) in Integrated Marketing, campaign management, or a related role, with a track record of successful marketing strategies and campaigns
- Experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing software a plus
- Certified in Google AdWords
- Experience in the Automotive Aftermarket industry marketing is a plus
