Intake Specialist

Job Summary:

Mannor Law Group is seeking a highly motivated and organized Intake Specialist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a vital role in initiating the client onboarding process. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively gather information, assess client needs, and determine if our services are a good fit. This is a full-time position at our Grand Blanc location but may also require support at our new Brighton location.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial client intake calls.
• Actively listen to client concerns and gather relevant case details.
• Ask clarifying questions to accurately assess the nature of each legal issue.
• Schedule consultations with appropriate attorneys based on the case type.
• Collect and process client information, including personal details and necessary documentation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within the firm's database.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive first impression for potential clients.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding data privacy and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an Intake Specialist role or a similar customer service position.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent active listening skills and ability to gather information effectively.
• Proficient in computer skills, including data entry and experience with legal software a plus.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
• Familiarity with legal terminology is a plus.
