Our team is growing! We are looking for the right person to fill the role of Healthcare Support and Engagement Specialist (this is a work-from-home opportunity).
What is a Healthcare Support and Engagement Specialist
Healthcare Support and Engagement Specialists work with patients suffering from Painful Diabetic Neuropathy (PDN), a very painful condition brought on by long-term diabetes. Patient Booking Specialists contact patients, using phone and text messaging, and provide support by booking medical appointments at their local medical center for a specialized, drug-free treatment that is covered by Medicare, Medicaid, and most private medical insurance.
This Work-from-Home Position Provides:
- a salary of $21.00 per hour with a generous bonus package that includes cash bonuses, as well as paid days off. Our most effective team members have made over $30.00 per hour.

What You Bring
- You are a great communicator. You are patient, empathetic, as well as persistent. Our patients often suffer from depression as a result of having tried many pain management solutions with little to no success. You have the ability to gently lead phone conversations, using the training we provide, and inspire your patients to take steps toward a pain-free life, by making, and keeping, their medical appointments.
- Because we are working with patients’ medical records, you are very detail oriented and keep meticulous notes.
- Since this is a work-from-home opportunity (we supply you with a computer), you are comfortable with technology we use to manage phone calls, send text message, and book appointments in a variety of medical scheduling software (EMR software).
- While we provide constant support, you are also a self-starter and thrive working on your own.
Experience working with EMRs, and / or working in medical offices, is a definite plus. Post-secondary education (BA or equivalent) is also preferred.
