Intake Specialist - Client Service Representative

The Law Offices of Gary Martin Hays & Associates is seeking a friendly, energetic, detail-oriented receptionist for its Lithonia, Georgia law office. The successful candidate must have excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills, have computer knowledge and possess the ability to multi‐task, detail oriented and be able to type quickly and accurately. Experience handling telephone calls in a fast pace, high call volume work environment is preferred. The successful candidate must also have exceptional customer/Client Service skills and be a team player. Legal experience is not necessary but is helpful. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
