Salary```Duties``` - Greet and check-in patients as they arrive at the medical office - Collect and verify patient information, including medical history and insurance details - Schedule appointments and coordinate with healthcare providers - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients and other medical professionals - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record systems (e.g., Dentrix, eClinicalWorks, Eaglesoft) - Assist with medical administrative support tasks, such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents - Collaborate with the medical team to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient operations - Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional manner ```Requirements``` - Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is preferred - Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures - Proficiency in using electronic health record systems (e.g., Dentrix, eClinicalWorks, Eaglesoft) - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of medical administrative support functions, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records - Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information - Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends if needed Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
