Cancer Monthly, specifically the Lung Cancer Hero Division, is at the forefront of providing support and assistance to individuals battling lung cancer. As part of our commitment to making a meaningful impact, we specialize in helping patients file compensation claims. Our organization is experiencing rapid growth, and in light of this expansion, we are seeking an additional Intake Coordinator to join our team.
Position Details:
Role:Intake Coordinator. Work from your home office
Company: Cancer Monthly
Hours: Approximately 30 hours per week, Independent contractor position
Compensation Model: Compensation is commission and base: You receive approximately 50 warm leads a week. Compensation can from $6,000/month to $8,250/month depending on performance. Compensation is combination of base pay and performance pay.

Responsibilities:
As an Intake Coordinator, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:
- Engage with warm leads who have completed an online intake form.
- Conduct phone conversations with potential clients to gather necessary information for their compensation claims.
- Collaborate with legal teams to facilitate the acceptance of cases.
- Coordinate the distribution and return of required documents with clients.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following:
- Sales experience and experience as a “closer.”
- Prior experience in phone sales.
- Knowledge or experience in the health space, particularly in cancer-related matters (preferred but not required).
- A personal or professional connection to cancer, demonstrating empathy and understanding (preferred but not required).
- Proven ability to be a self-starter, showing initiative and independence in daily tasks.
- Strong teamwork skills, contributing positively to the collaborative environment.
