Westlake Psychiatry is seeking outstanding candidates to act as a Brand Ambassador with admin and scheduling experience. A good candidate must be excellent at communicating on behalf of our talented providers and the practice as a whole.

It's important that the person taking this position has drive with consistency and reliability. Candidates should be able to put detailed strategies in place that are focused on connecting wonderful patients to wonderful providers.

We need an individual wanting to learn more about becoming excellent at their job over time and is able to follow directions and to tear down and redo proposals repeatedly until just right. In this role, you will play a vital part of ensuring a seamless experience for our patients starting with their very first contact of the practice.

INTAKE COORDINATOR - Position Overview:

RESPONSIBILITIES - Intake Coordinator:

Patient Intake: Managing the initial contact with potential Patients, demonstrating a warm and empathetic approach to understanding their needs, and guiding them to the right placement with our skilled Practitioners.

Documentation: Accurately recording patient information and maintaining well-organized electronic records.

Coordination: Collaborating with various departments to facilitate the scheduling of appointments and coordination of successful patient care.

Communication: Effectively communicating with Patients, Clinicians, and other internal Staff to ensure a smooth flow of information and positive outcomes.

Teamwork : Working as part of a dynamic team in multiple locations with constant learning and self-improvement.

REQUIREMENTS - Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Requires being personable, sincere, warm, and efficient.
• Comfort able with the proper handling of confidential patient information.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus, especially in mental health.
• Sales experience and comfort with price setting discussions is advantageous.
