As an Inside Sales in Lead Generation and account prospecting, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our business forward. Here's a more detailed overview of your responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Lead Generation:
- Leverage market research to identify emerging opportunities and prospective clients nationwide.
- Utilize database tools to identify, filter, and qualify potential leads in target territories.
- Evaluate and filter all inbound leads from website to trade event to ensure all opportunities are investigated.
- Develop and implement targeted Lead Generation strategies aligned with sales team objectives.
- Account Prospecting:
- Initiate effective cold campaigns to grab interest and engagement by articulating our value proposition, tailoring approaches to resonate with client needs.
- Build a robust pipeline of opportunities through consistent and effective cold calls, emails, social media, and networking campaigns.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly outreach quotas and converting leads.
- Collaboration with Sales Team:
- Effectively support 5 or more outside sales managers, covering the entire North America.
- Efficiently move leads toward meeting engagement for the outside sales team, ensuring a smooth account transition.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to collaborative efforts and discussions.
- Work in conjunction with sales team to manage regional reps, ensure effective prospecting campaigns are executed.
Experience:
- Proven track record in Inside Sales, specifically with a focus on successful Lead Generation.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong written, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to naturally articulate an upbeat and strong customer service mindset.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
