Intake Coordinator

Aleph Home Care in Cherry Hill, NJ has a full-time opening for a Home Care & Adult Day Center Intake Coordintor/Scheduler.

- Take client information as first point of contact

- Inform potiental client of services we provide

- Help client complete necessary paperwork, may involve going to client to complete

- Collect and verify client information, including medical records and insurance details

- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality

- Serve as a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and scheduling office

- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in electronic medical system

-Help in scheduling office. Rotating On-Call after hours and weekends responsibilities

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in Home Care

- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow through

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
