Henderson Locker Organization is part of Globe Life, the main insurance provider for the Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers, and Atlanta Braves.

We are rapidly expanding and looking for passionate individuals who are looking to learn and grow a team.

Your Role:

• Coach teams, providing guidance and support in a remote setting.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
• Maintain your own clients and see that their needs are met.

Requirements:

• Must have or be willing to obtain a valid insurance license.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivation
• Strong discipline
• Transportation and Windows-based laptop.
• Former athletes and military strongly encouraged.
