Insurance Agency Sales Manager

The Henderson Locker Organization is looking for a highly motivated sales and business manager to join our fantastic team. Henderson Locker Organization is part of Globe Life, the main insurance provider for the Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers, and Atlanta Braves.

This leadership position is an opportunity to be a key part of Henderson Locker's team working with all levels of the company, including agency owner.

The best candidates will be able to:

• Support and supervise day-to-day insurance operations

• Lead by example and coach our fantastic sales and support teams

• Manage and build member and referral relationships

Candidate Requirements:

• Entrepreneurial
• Active 2-15 license or willing to obtain one
• Previous experience is a plus but NOT required
• Self-driven and motivated
• Ability to multi-task
