Insurance Customer Service Representative

Farmers Insurance agencies across the Seattle Metropolitan Area are seeking Customer Service Representatives to join their growing teams! If you want to be a part of a winning and competitive culture, then this may be the career for you!

Customer Service Representatives will be responsible for providing exceptional Customer Service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintaining knowledge of our products, and answering any questions our clients may have.

Requirements for the Customer Service Representative:

• Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior
• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
• Must be willing to attain a P/C or L/H license with company assistance
• Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
• Must be motivated and determined
• Must be coachable
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative:

• Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring
• Process customer policy change requests
• Work daily service alerts received at agency
• Cross-sell products to existing agency customers
• Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program

Pay: $45,000-$55,000
