State Farm Insurance Agency now hiring for an Insurance Assistant-Agent Team Member.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish insurance customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, insurance claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Present, promote, and sell insurance-related products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective insurance customers
- Perform simple insurance conversations and needs analysis of existing/potential insurance customers to meet their insurance needs
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive insurance business and customer relationships
- Reach out to insurance customer leads through warm, referral, and cold calling
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
- Use an insurance customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate insurance customers about insurance options.
- Ensure the office is well-maintained, and continuously equipped to successfully meet all insurance customer needs and to market relevant products.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Illinois Property & Casualty and Life/Health Insurance Licenses
- Prior insurance agency sales/support experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listen
- Experience in sales and managing customer service preferred
- Able to work in and manage a team environment
- Able to coordinate and collaborate with others to achieve agency goals
- Positive attitude - Coachable - Reliable - Strong work ethics
