Responsibilities:-
1. Develop training strategy and plan.
2. Create training documents (process diagrams, standards, videos, user manuals).
3. Conduct "Training Requirements Analysis" with respect to the new platform rollout
4. Design the training curriculum and plan
5. Lead the (Lexmark) offshore for training development aligned to plan and curriculum.
6. Liaise with Lexmark and SME for review and signoff
7. Facilitate train the trainer sessions with support from SME.
Qualifications:
- Instructional design experience
- Good communications skills
- Experience with training development tools like Adobe Captivate or Storyline 360 is a plus.
