WHO WE NEED: 
We are currently seeking a skilled Instructional Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging and effective e-learning programs, as well as creating and updating training materials for our organization. The Instructional Designer will collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training programs that meet the needs of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of instructional design theory and adult learning principles.

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in instructional design.
• Strong understanding of instructional design theory and adult learning principles.
• Experience with e-learning development tools like Articulate Storyline, Captivate, or similar software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and develop e-learning modules, courses, and curricula using various instructional design methodologies.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and update training materials, including instructor guides, participant materials, and assessments.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
• Utilize multimedia tools and technologies to enhance training delivery.
• Analyze and evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Ensure consistency and adherence to brand and style guidelines across all training materials.
• Consult with internal stakeholders to ensure training programs align with organizational goals and strategies.
