Title: Instructional Designer
Duration: 12 months
Location: Hybrid. Primarily remote but will need to come onsite to San Jose, CA to provide training from time to time.
Objective: Our Client is seeking an individual who will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering Epic-based training for Cadence (scheduling and registration) and Tapestry (Referrals). Individual will train new hires, provide training upgrades, communicate system changes, maintain the Epic training environment, and support the upcoming implementation of Point of Sale with Chase InstaMed.

What You'll Do:
- Develop training plans.
- Develop curriculum.
- Develop eLearning.
- Credentialing of new instructors.
- Provide classroom training of end users.
- Log class completion in HealthLearning.
- Answer staff questions about workflows and functionality.
- Maintain training environment.
- Write and send monthly communications with end users.
What You Will Bring:
- Experience with Epic's Cadence application and referrals for large health systems with multiple clinics and specialties.
- Epic Cadence Curriculum.
- Epic Training Environment Build.
- Epic Tapestry or strong understanding of referrals (preferred).
