SalaryWe are currently partnering with our client to identify one to two Instructional Designers to help with an ongoing enterprise-wide software implementation initiative. Throughout this project, you will collaborate closely with subject matter experts to create virtual training materials for various workstreams and software simulations, leveraging Assima. Your responsibilities may include:

Duration: Up to3 months
Hours: 40 hours per week; standard working hours

The pay range for this is $55.00 to $65.00 per hour. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.

- Develop instructional materials using Assima, including guided learning modules and job aids to provide trainees with hands-on practice.
- Create virtual training sessions using PowerPoint to cover guided practices.
- Record and build instructional content for online delivery.
- Translate storyboards into PowerPoint presentations, following the same process.

Experience Required:
- Proven instructional design proficiency, showcasing the ability to craft virtual instructor-led training
- Previous track record in developing training materials tailored for system implementations
- Experience in converting guided learning into interactive activities within the Assima platform. Assima experience is a must.
- Solid grasp of Agile methodologies with demonstrated experience in Agile projects.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required.
