Seeking an Instructional Designer to Analyze, design and develop content.
Requirements:
- Must have 5 years of experience as an Instructional Designer
- Must have 5 years of experience in up front analysis working with SME’s and Stakeholders to curate content
- Must be able to conduct needs assessments, scope projects, create training templates and create course objectives
- Must have solid development skills with experience using ENABLE NOW and Articulate suite of products – 360/Rise etc.
- Must have experience writing assessments – Multiple Choice Questions, Case Studies etc.
- Must be able to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Must have experience designing and developing in the Energy space
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $38.46 - $56.32 per hour
