About The Position
Client Services is focused on delivering and managing client projects and objectives. We leverage best in class innovative technologies (ShopperMX™) to deliver high quality, scalable digital content and insights. We enable customers, through expert methodology and powerful insights, and best in class tools (ShopperMX™), to make confident and informed business decisions that yield an ongoing ROI. We are made of up three key areas of expertise: Customer Success, Insights, and Project Operations. We utilize deep cross-functional knowledge to cohesively execute customer priorities on time, on budget and at highest quality.
Responsibilities
- Leads development of all aspects of client deliverables with a focus on design of research questionnaires, research analysis, and the creation of data charts and presentations
- Reports insights to clients as well as provides recommendations
- Communicates directly with clients on relevant set-up, execution and data needs; able to respond quickly and professionally to any client correspondence/feedback
- Works closely with the Sales team focusing on delighting customer in delivery (timely, quality, high impact analysis) to help cultivate future project work
- Develops knowledge of clients’ business questions and how our solutions address them.
- Develops subject matter expertise to understand the needs of our CPG and Retail clients as well as industry trends and best practices.
- Collaborates cross-functionally with senior members of all divisions within the organization.
- 2-5 years of quantitative research experience delivering client-facing project work.
- Strong practical and theoretical knowledge of quantitative research design, including questionnaire development, data analysis and reporting, etc
- Driven and tenacious with the ability to deliver multiple projects against competing deadlines; top notch organizational skills and attention to detail
- Dynamic communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively collaborate between different disciplines and personality types; possess strong presentation skills and able to command a room
- An insatiable curiosity to proactively seek out novel solutions and learn new skills
- Has a track record of success working with cross functional teams and co-workers at all levels in a fast paced setting
- Working knowledge of CPG, Retail and/or Shopper Insights industries preferred
- An openness to coaching, ongoing feedback, and continual improvement
