Position Overview:

We are looking for an aggressive and motivated customer sales / customer service representative. While the main responsibilities of this position will be sales related, you will also assist and be involved in some way with all major facets of our business. The applicant must be willing to take initiative on their own, and be willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. This includes, but is not limited to the following:

Sales Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of sales and service to our customer base
• Interact daily with customers to take orders and effectively resolve issues or their needs
• Outgoing calls to well-established customer base
• Identify, contact, and establish potential new accounts
• Complete order entry into the computer system
• Waiting or assisting any walk-in customers at the counter area
• Obtain quotes from vendors for pricing for customers
• Expedite orders - Work effectively with all departments to facilitate sales activity

Warehouse Responsibilities:

• Checking loaded company trucks and paperwork for accuracy
• Sometimes assist Warehouse Manager with loading of customer vehicles

Requirements:

• High comfort level with sales and customer service skill sets
• Detail oriented
• Hard working
• Initiative to take on new responsibilities and learn new things
• Past successful work experience in Inside Sales and customer service a plus
• Construction industry knowledge helpful, but not required
• Pride in the job in which you are performing
