Earn $200k, NO COLD CALLING, we give you the Leads! Have you always been a top performer? Do you want to work from home? Are you driven to succeed? Bring your ambition to Boldleads as an Account Executive, where you will educate Real Estate Agents on lead generation and our CRM platform. We provide LEADS, YOU close the DEALS! Our top performers make $200k annually, average performers make $100k!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Close Deals and earn commissions. $$$
    • Perform SaaS-based product demonstrations and consistent customer follow-up
    • Meet and exceed assigned sales quota
    • Prioritize and target customers and prospects by the potential for revenues/profits, cost to sell and service, and the probability of success
    • Be an expert in all BoldLeads products and services. Continually upgrade product knowledge and acquire enhanced selling skills
    • Stay aware of the competition, competitive issues, online and offline real estate related products, and services
    • Work collaboratively with other employees in sales, marketing, and customer service departments
QUALIFICATIONS:
    • High school diploma or GED and at least 2+ years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Computer skills required: Cloud-based software; Database Software; Internet Software; Word Processing Software; Electronic Mail Software; Presentation software
OTHER SKILLS REQUIRED:
    • Proven track record of sales success
    • Ability to thrive in a short sales cyclE
    • Drive to make 100+ calls per day (at least 2.5 hours of talk time)
    • Brand Ambassador mentality
    • Self-starter
    • Strong listening and presentation skills
    • Impeccable customer service skills - empathy & integrity are a must!
