Responsibilities:

• Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective clients to promote our live music services and generate new business opportunities.
• Qualify leads and identify the specific event needs and preferences of potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up.
• Collaborate with our events team to coordinate bookings and ensure seamless execution of client events.
• Utilize our CRM system to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports on sales performance.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer service.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of the event planning industry and/or a passion for music is a plus.
