To help us continue to grow our business, we’re searching for an Inside Sales Manager to provide performance management, process optimization, customer segment support, and sales strategy analysis.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Team Performance Management:
- Collaborate closely with the Sales VP, Commercial Finance, Director, and Employees to develop and implement strategies to drive team performance and achieve sales targets.
- Assist in setting clear sales objectives and KPIs for the Inside Sales team and customer service teams.
- Regularly monitor individual and team performance, providing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to enhance productivity and sales effectiveness.
2.Salesforce Platform and Sales Process Optimization:
- Work cross-functionally to ensure the effective utilization of the Salesforce platform by the sales team and customer service teams.
- Continuously analyze and evaluate sales processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on utilizing the Salesforce platform and following streamlined sales processes.
3.Key Account and Customer Segment Support:
- Assist in developing and executing strategies to support key accounts and specific customer segments, working closely with the sales team.
- Collaborate with the team members to build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring satisfaction.
- Participate in business reviews with key accounts, contributing insights and proposing solutions to meet their evolving needs.
- Tailor service and support to enhance and build new partnerships.
4.Sales Strategy and Performance Analysis:
- Assist the Sales Director in developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and pricing targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights and recommendations for sales strategy adjustments.
- Analyze sales data, generate reports, and provide performance insights to the Sales Director, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures
Organizational Alignment:
- Reports to the Director Sales Operations.
- Fosters close and cooperative relationships with peer leaders, sales management and sales and support personnel.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Director Sales Operations.
