We are currently seeking a Family Ambassador (Inside Sales Director) who is passionate about making a difference for our Beverly Place Community!
Position Pay: $85,000 - $95,000 per year plus a generous commission plan
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday

The non-negotiables:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred
- Two to three years of experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge and experience working with people having Alzheimer’s disease and their families highly desirable
- Professional or volunteer-related experience with Alzheimer’s service groups helpful
- Polished presentation skills and database management experience
- Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record, and current auto insurance
- Must have own transportation
What you'll be doing:
- Promote Silverado programs and services to prospective residents, clients, and their families from the first call through the initiation of service, including permanent placement in a Silverado community, short-term (respite) stays, day service, comprehensive assessment, care management services, and/or home care services, and/or end-of-life care with the goal of assisting all families and, if needed, referral parties
- Responsible for strategic follow-up with residents and families
- Promote family referral programs and act as the sales leader for the community
