This role offers an hourly base rate plus commissions. The position reports directly to our Manager of Client Experience.
You will be responsible for the following which includes but is not limited to:

  • Meet and exceed KPIs (e.g., customer calls, talk time, initiated contracts, etc.)
  • Closing sales and achieving or exceeding assigned sales targets using Salesforce CRM.
  • Understanding customers' needs in order to deliver customized solutions to new and existing customers.
  • Deliver presentations and demonstrate products to customers.
  • Negotiate and use persuasion skills to overcome objections.
  • Participate in sales meetings and ongoing sales and marketing training.
  • Provide daily recap of results and accomplishments.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Qualifications
  • Excellent sense of accuracy.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Salesforce CRM
  • 1-3 years' experience in Sales and/or outbound Call Center experience preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service, listening, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • High School Diploma/GED
