Job Description

DNA Diagnostics Center is the world leader in DNA relationship testing, processing over one million DNA samples from customers all over the world. Our broad portfolio of products includes our Paternity, Immigration, and other DNA Relationship services for consumers, government agencies, healthcare providers, and legal professionals; PeekabooTM Early Gender DNA Test for expecting mothers; SpermCheck fertility and vasectomy test; and Pets & Vets DNA testing for breeders and pet enthusiasts. Our corporate headquarters, including our DNA testing laboratory, is based in Fairfield, OH in the greater Cincinnati Area. OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEW:

DDC’s customers need fast and accurate solutions for their life-changing challenges and questions related to paternity or other family relationships. The role of the Ecommerce Associate DTC (Direct to Consumer) is DDC’s featured sales position.  The Ecommerce Associate DTC is responsible for answering phone calls from DDC’s global customers and answering questions about DDC’s relationship testing products, used for immigration, surrogacy, confirming the father of a child, etc. The Ecommerce Associate DTC determines the services our clients require, charts their course through the testing process, and closes sales.

• Research required information using available resources
• Proficient in standard MS Office software

• Able to document information in an application while on an active call
• Able to learn other database and communication software, as applicable

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of previous sales experience (retail, Inside Sales, or logistics)
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Excellent time management and problem solving skills 
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines 
• Must be willing to work at hands-on, detailed level when needed.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail 
• Ability to demonstrate and uphold the highest levels of ethical behavior and confidentiality
