Inside Sales Account Manager

Inside Sales Account Manager provides unparalleled service as they help customers purchase products to grow their business.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Develop a solid understanding of our products/services and be able to explain their features and benefits to potential customers.
• Cold Calling: Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients, introducing our products/services, and identifying sales opportunities.

• Excellent communication skills, detail oriented, effective interpersonal skills, an energetic and enthusiastic individual.
• Demonstrate ability to multitask.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey product information.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new products, services, and industry trends.
• Willingness to collaborate and work effectively within a sales team to achieve collective objectives.
• A customer-centric mindset with the ability to identify customer needs and provide solutions.

Not Required but a plus

• Smoke shop, Cannabis and Vape Industry experience
• Experience in sales on the wholesale level
• Basic proficiency with CRM software to manage customer interactions and sales processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
