Infrastructure Support Specialist

Infrastructure Support Specialistposition open in Greenville, SC, for an experienced Help Desk or Junior System Administrator with 3+ years of experience in Infrastructure Support. In this role, you will be working with a team supporting different client environments and maintaining cloud services and networks. Experience in 0365, Azure AD, networking (connecting devices to the network or internet), and infrastructure troubleshooting is required.

Requirements:

· 3+ years of experience in IT support or IT help desk

· Client communication skills - excellence in support!

· Server Administration (Cloud Active Directory, o365, Windows Server)

· Hardware virtualization, Hyper-V, VMware

· Strong troubleshooting skills related to network connections, wireless, subnet, gateway

· Associates Degree in IT, A+, Network+, CCNA desired
