Information Entry Clerk - Remote / Office

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Information Entry Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data and maintaining records of information. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organization skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Enter data into computer system using various software programs and ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain and update electronic and physical records of information.
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
• Sort and organize paperwork and documents for data entry.
• Assist in the preparation and generation of reports.
• Follow data entry procedures and ensure compliance with data integrity and security policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any data entry issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
  
• Excellent typing skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using computer software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
