Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. The primary responsibility of this role is to accurately input and maintain data in our systems. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, basic math proficiency, and the ability to work with databases. Duties: - Enter data into computerized databases and systems - Verify accuracy and completeness of data - Organize and maintain files and records - Perform basic mathematical calculations - Assist with order entry and processing - Transcribe information from various sources - Follow established procedures for Data Entry and record keeping - Provide administrative support as needed Experience: - Previous experience in a clerical or Data Entry role is preferred - Proficient in using computer systems and software applications - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent organizational skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Skills: - Basic math proficiency for performing calculations accurately - Familiarity with databases and Data Entry processes - Strong organizational skills for maintaining files and records - Experience with order entry and processing - Administrative skills for providing support as needed - Ability to transcribe information accurately - Computer literacy for working with computerized systems We offer competitive pay rates based on experience.
