Data Entry Clerk - Onsite (Oh)

Field Control Analytics (FCA) is currently searching for a By Assignment employee who will work approximately 20-30 hours per week, keying in worker data into our system and issuing worker badges, as well as other administrative functions.

This position includes daily interaction with client. Candidates must be punctual, friendly, and engaging. Reliable transportation and a valid state-issued ID is required.

Schedule: 7:00 am to 11:00 am or 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm- Monday thru Friday; Hours may slightly change once assigned to a project. This job cannot be performed remotely.

Job Type: By Assignment - Part-time (w/the possibility of full time later)

Pay Range: $15.50/hour - $16.00/hour

Responsibilities:

• Enter variety of data using current technology
• Prepare and sort documents for Data Entry
• Create and distribute worker RFID badges
• Review and enter data updates in the systems
• Review discrepancies in data received
• Advise supervisor of issues related to data
• Drug testing, as required by the project

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Data Entry or other related fields
• Excellent typing skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
