Monday through Friday
228 working days per year.
Includes:
214 in classroom days
12 professional days
40 hours PTO for in-service days
Days off include:
3 days at Thanksgiving

Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree preferred, however, consideration of candidates with a HS diploma/GED will depend on their level of experience and interest in Montessori education.
- 1 year experience working with infants in a licensed setting, non-negotiable.
- 45 hour Human Development*
- 45 hour Infant Curriculum*
- 9 hours Communication training*
- 3 hours ADA training*
- Supportive Breastfeeding training*
- Candidates must be willing and able to complete Montessori Teacher training for Infant and Toddlers.
- Training is online.
- Training is provided by the employer with a contract addendum.
- Some paid study time is available.
*Bridges Montessori is willing to train the right candidate with a contract addendum.
