Corporate office to medical practice looking for an entry level Analyst. The ideal candidate must be extremely organized, detail oriented, experienced with Excel and account reconciliations. Familiarity with QuickBooks Online accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Office software are a must.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and maintain detailed reports on Excel
- Account reconciliations
- Light bookkeeping duties
- Work alongside A/P and A/R personnel
- Serve as backup for AP
- Performs other duties as assigned
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel required
- Ability to analyze and summarize reports
- Experience with accounting software
- Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting practice
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and to prioritize workflow
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Responsible for own transportation

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
