Are you experienced with:
Removes defective parts by dismantling devices; using hoists, cranes, and hand / power tools; examining to be sure using correct parts.
Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments by using hand tools, levels, plumb bobs, and straightedges. Lasers
Fabricates parts by using machine shop instrumentation and equipment. Cutting torch, Plasma cutter- grinders-drills
Must be able to weld carbon steel- Stainless Steel and Aluminium, and Braze Copper
Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Always clean up after each job, and at the end of shift.
Performing routine maintenance on equipment and determining when and what kind of maintenance is needed.
Operation Monitoring, watching gauges, dials, or other indicators to assure machine is working properly.
Repairing machines or systems using the correct - needed tools.
Troubleshooting, determining causes of operating errors and deciding what to do about to correct the problem.
Quality Control Analysis, conducting test and inspections of equipment, services, or process to evaluate quality or performance.
Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Any other duties as assigned
